There is a fine line between risk and stability and in order to achieve the greatest returns, you need both.
Real Estate is something that can be a source to financial freedom but just like anything, you need to understand the game and know how to scale to make it profitable. I am not personally involved in any multi-unit real estate deals (YET) but I have started the education process. When I find the right deal I will have the confidence and system to invest RISK AND STABILITY.
This video does a great job of explaining a certain formula to use when investing in deals and can be used across business platforms. I use something very similar in my insurance business to predict and project earnings and future returns. You must know how to scale in order to capitalize on the returns.
